  15.            a. Check. Both bank checks and personal checks are accepted.

  17.            b. Money order issued by banks, post office or American
  18.           Express.

  20.            c. Credit card (VISA or Master Card.) Products must be
  21.           mailed to the same person.

  23.            d. Cash. Please note that the author can not be responsible
  24.           for any loss in the mail.

  29.            If you pay by credit card or checks/money order in U.S.
  30.            dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, simply fill out the order form
  31.            and mail it with your payment.

  33.            If you pay by your currency or check/money order in foreign
  34.            fund or drawn on a foreign bank, please add US $12 to the
  35.            total on the order form as currency exchange fee then
  36.            multiply the result by proper exchange rate. Products will
  37.            not be mailed if underpaid.
